About Us
Cooperative Coaching Concepts provides workshops for parents, teachers, students and employers that help improve relationships.
The concept is simple -- almost any relationship can be improved through a cooperative
approach. Whether Parent to Child, Teacher to Student or Manager to Employee,
the same principles apply. A permissive relationship creates uncertainty, an autocratic
relationship leaves people unhappy, but a cooperative one makes both parties feel
valued.
At Cooperative Coaching Concepts, we will help you understand that healthy individuals,
families, schools, churches and organizations begin with healthy relationships.
You can achieve this using our cooperative approach.
